I'm Dan Bell and I founded BPG because I am resolute in my belief that to be successful, organizations must take an athlete-centered approach to building their player experience.
I am a strategy consultant with advanced degrees in Organizational Behavior and Sports Psychology. I've spent over a decade at the intersection of high performance and organizational design - coaching professional and collegiate athletes, consulting with special forces military units on operational readiness, and partnering with Fortune 100 leadership teams on culture and talent strategy.
This experience has taught me something consistent across every elite environment: the organizations that win sustainably are the ones that treat their people as their primary competitive advantage. In sports, this mean designing the total athlete experience - from performance programs and coaching relationships to culture, facilities, and life beyond the field - with the same rigor and intentionality you bring to your game plan.
